Advantages of CHENGGE Quick Couplers
Developed and manufactured in-house, with patents applied for. They are meticulously processed using Japanese imported CNC lathes, ensuring a precise dimensional tolerance range and thereby enhancing product quality stability.
A reliable ball locking mechanism securely joins the corresponding halves together. The female socket and male plug are precision-manufactured from solid bar stock.
The O-ring seals of the valve core are made from American DuPont perfluoroether, providing superior corrosion resistance.
Employing techniques such as grinding and electroplating, the coupler threads are meticulously crafted to be free of burrs, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish both internally and externally.
When the coupler is disconnected, the valve core automatically closes to prevent leakage. Upon connection, the valve core automatically opens, ensuring uninterrupted fluid flow within the specified operational range.
A reliable ball locking mechanism securely joins the corresponding halves together. The female socket and male plug are precision-manufactured from solid bar stock.
The internal components of the coupler feature high elasticity 304 springs imported from Korea, offering a lifespan of ≥50,000 cycles.
Prior to leaving the factory, each coupler undergoes two leakage tests, with four different pressure levels applied during each test, ensuring the quality of every unit.
